Hours are by appointment only. By "appointment" we mean AM or PM hours. We do not need a specific time.

You may schedule an appointment for drop off and pick up during the following business hours:

If you have scheduled an appointment for drop off or pickup and need to change it, please give us the courtesy of a phone call. Otherwise, we may not be available if you arrive unexpectedly.
During peak season and holiday weekends, Sunday drop off is between 6:00pm and 7:00pm, unless prior arrangements are made. Peak season is Memorial Day through Labor Day weekend.

The kennel is closed for business during major holidays, but we never stop caring for your pets. We do not require a minimum day stay over holidays, and we do not raise rates during peak times.

Because the kennel is our home, we do ask that you adhere to our business hours and respect our privacy. We appreciate and require our time off also.
AFTER HOURS PICK UP and DROP OFF

If you wish to pick up or drop off your pet outside of regular business hours, you may prearrange to use our after hours service. This does involve us providing a special service for you outside of our normal hours of operation. There is a $50.00 charge for opening the kennel outside of regular business hours. The charge is $100.00 for this service on the holidays we are closed.
RATES

We accept cash, checks, VISA, MasterCard, and Discover. We do not accept debit cards.

Dogs - $26.00 per dog, per day
Cats - $16.00 per cat, per day

We do not charge peak season rates or require a minimum day stay.

Boarding rates are calculated on a per day basis. Day one is the day of drop off. If pickup on the final day is between 9:00am and noon, there will be no charge for the final day of boarding. If pickup is between 4:00pm and 7:00pm, it will be considered one full day of boarding. Each Sunday is considered one full day of boarding.

15% discount when boarding more than one pet per household.

CANCELLATION POLICIES

Please remember we are holding your reservation request exclusively for your pet. When we reach our capacity, we have to refuse reservation requests and turn business away. We are a small kennel, and cancellations affect us greatly. Due to the growing difficulty with late cancellations and no shows our cancellation policy is as follows:
  • If you reserve kennel space over a peak time or holidays, then cancel the reservation less than 3 days prior to your scheduled drop off day, you will be charged 2 days of boarding.
    (Excludes Christmas and spring break. These are pre-pay holidays.)

  • If you reserve weekend kennel space during peak times or holiday/holiday weekends and return early for pick up, you are still financially responsible for the time you reserved.
Peak time is anytime the kennel is full and we are turning people away.

TOURS

Because the kennel is our home, we don't have employees, and we're open 7 days a week, our tours are by AM or PM appointment, not a specific time. You may schedule to tour the facilities Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 11:30am or 4:00pm to 6:30pm. Saturday tours are from 9:00am to 11:30am. Sunday tours are from 4:00pm - 6:30pm.

We are not able to give tours on Sunday during peak season.

We do not allow pets to go through the kennel with you during the tour.  However, you are welcome to bring your pets for us to meet them before or after your tour of our facility. If you do want to bring your pet, you need to also bring proof of vaccinations. Otherwise we would ask you to leave your dog in your vehicle and we will come out to meet your dog.
